Coldstream Brewery

Coldstream Brewery is the brainchild of five mates who dreamed of owning their own brewery.

After several years of planning, renovating a former wools store, customizing a microbrewery kit imported from New Zealand, the restaurant and bar opened in June 2007.
Today, Coldstream Brewery offers a unique experience, blending delicious Australian pub style food with boutique beer and cider.

While the brewing operations have outgrown the site and moved into a new upgraded facility, visitors can learn about how we accomplish the delicate process of brewing premium beers and ciders, as well as tasting all of our delicious products fresh from the tap in the new brewery bar.
